Howdy partner! Welcom to the wonderfull and imaginable world of a boy called Gertjan (a.k.a djiedjee). Well as Madonna ones said: Life is a mystery...so is Gertjan! Champion of the World

Well ofcourse Gertjan could've been the champion in the world on the 800 meters (running that is) but he first had to finish his homework. And at the time he had finally finished it all, he was too late. Well that's too bad for me, but don't going crying now, who know's Gertjan WILL become: a rocket-scientist, a pet-detective, or perhaps a revolutional brain-surgeon. I don't know, I guess we just have to wait a little longer. What he already is ?: an athlete who happens to run the 800 meters, a totally insane boy who happens to like writing strange (how come?) stories
What more could a boy of his age wish for?

Well Gertjan is just back from Portugal, the Algarves to be exactly. There he trained and had a great holiday, together with 16 other great people from his club and other clubs in the region. He also made some new friends! So Heini, Jenny, Jessica and Tove, if you read this, Gertjan wishes you all luck for the coming season....go kick some Finnish Butt!
